Know before you go
- 1.Appropriate swimwear is required
- Acceptable attire includes:
- Bikini
- Swimsuit
- Board shorts
- Full-body swimwear
- Round-neck T-shirt
- Hijab
- Waterproof swim diaper
- Goggles
- Water shoes
- Jeans, skirts, underwear, jackets and clothing with buttons or zippers are not recommended/allowed for attractions where they create a safety issue. Swimwear containing metal rivets, buckles, belts, grommets or ornaments may also be prohibited. Andamanda Phuket
- 2. Attraction restrictions apply
- Each attraction can have its own minimum/maximum height and weight requirements. Lifeguards and park staff have the authority to enforce these requirements for guest safety. Andamanda Phuket
- For example, some high-thrill attractions require guests to be at least 122 cm, while individual attractions can have additional weight restrictions. Andamanda Phuket
- 3. No outside food or drinks
- Food and beverages from outside the park are not permitted. Food and drinks are available for purchase inside the park. Andamanda Phuket
- 4. Single-entry access
- The Day Pass provides single-entry access. Guests should not leave the park expecting to re-enter, and the RFID wristband must be returned at the exit. Andamanda Phuket
- 5. RFID wristband
- Guests use an RFID wristband for entry and for cashless purchases inside the park. The official website recommends a THB 500 top-up and states that unused balance can be refunded at the ticketing counter. Andamanda Phuket
- 6. Weather
- Some or all attractions may be temporarily suspended because of severe weather or safety conditions. Guests should follow instructions from park staff. Andamanda Phuket
- 7. Children
- Children must not be left unattended. Andamanda strongly recommends that guests under 18 be accompanied by an adult. Andamanda Phuket
- 8. Photography
- Handheld cameras are not permitted on attractions. Cameras and camera phones are also prohibited in restrooms and changing areas. Andamanda Phuket
- 9. Smoking
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Not suitable for
- The following guests may not be suitable for certain attractions:
- Guests who do not meet the attraction's minimum height requirement
- Guests who exceed an attraction's maximum weight requirement
- Guests who cannot comply with individual ride safety requirements
- Guests who are not comfortable with water-based activities
- Guests who require medical or assistive devices that cannot safely be used on specific attractions
- Children who cannot swim or participate safely without appropriate adult supervision
- Important: This does not mean such guests cannot enter Andamanda Phuket. Rather, individual attractions may have restrictions, and guests should follow the instructions of lifeguards and park staff.
