Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about booking, hotel transfers, tour planning, and contacting our team.
Can you help me choose the right Phuket tour?
Yes. You don’t need to know the exact tour name. Tell us your travel date, hotel area, number of guests, children’s ages and the type of experience you’re looking for, and we’ll help narrow down the options.
Are hotel transfers available from my hotel?
Many tours include pickup from popular Phuket areas such as Patong, Kata and Karon. Other areas may require an additional transfer fee, private transfer or meeting point.
What happens after I make a booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the relevant tour information including your tour date, pickup location, pickup time, what to bring and important tour conditions.
What information should I include when contacting you?
Please share your travel date, hotel or Phuket area, number of adults and children, children’s ages, and the type of experience you’re interested in. If you already have a booking, please include your booking details so our team can assist you faster.
Can I book before arriving in Phuket or at the last minute?
Yes. You can book before arriving, and last-minute bookings may also be possible depending on availability. Popular tours, private boats and activities can sell out, so booking earlier is recommended.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Cancellation and change conditions vary by tour and operator. Please check the terms shown on the individual tour page or contact our team for assistance with your booking.
