Itinerary
1. Arrival and Welcome (10 minutes)
Arrive at Phuket Pearl headquarters in Koh Kaew, meet your English-speaking guide, and receive a short safety briefing before boarding.
2. Thai Long-Tail Boat Ride (10 minutes)
Board a classic Thai long-tail boat for the scenic ride across Sapam Bay to the floating farm, with views of the surrounding coastline.
3. Floating Farm Tour (30 to 40 minutes)
On the farm, your guide walks you through:
The complete pearl lifecycle from oyster larvae to final harvest
Traditional techniques passed down through three generations
Quality grading based on luster, surface, shape, color, and size
The pearl types produced: South Sea, Akoya, and Mook Sapam™
Hands-on time with oysters, farming tools, and fish feeding
4. Factory and Showroom Visit (20 to 30 minutes)
Return to shore and head to the on-site factory, where master artisans transform raw pearls into the award-winning jewelry and famous Amorn pearl crowns worn by beauty pageant winners.
5. Showroom Browse (Flexible)
End your visit in the showroom, where you can view (and optionally purchase) pearl jewelry ranging from 600 THB to over one million THB, including exclusive pieces only available on-site.
