Itinery: |
Day 01
We pick you up at the hotel in
the morning to leave Phuket with
our guide who will take care of
and provide you information.
When the bus crosses Sarasin
Bridge to Phang Nga, you can
feel the lifestyle of the local
communities and their livings as
well as the scenery of
mountains, rubber and palm which
are economic plants around the
area.
Take a short break for a cup of
coffee while enjoying beautiful
scenery at Khao Lak.
Khao Lak has been hit by
Tsunami. But now that is no mark
of damage but only the painful
memory as well as good memory
when people have given helps to
others without discrimination to
class, color, nation and
religious such like “one world
together”.
We then take you to Suratthani
where the evergreen forest of
Khoa Sok National Park is
located.
During we are on the mountainous
and wonderful route, you will
see the self-sufficiency
lifestyle of the local people
which makes us feel envy. On
arriving Khao Sok you will be
enjoyed with elephant trekking
and led into the miraculous rain
forest to see who amazing the
nature is and non-decorated
biodiversity. After being
excited with nature on
elephant’s back for 1.30-2
hours.we lead you to Khao Sok
Discovery Camp and, again, the
scenery of spectacular of hills
and mountains will give you a
wonderful and unforgettable
memory.
Khoa Sok Discovery Camp is a
riverside restaurant with easy
and natural atmosphere with home
grown plants like chilly, corn,
etc. You will be enjoyed with
Thai and non-spicy lunch.
We do really hope you are happy
with delicious lunch among the
real nature and the sincerity of
the local people. After lunch we
take you to Ratchaprapa Dam
which takes about 40 minutes to
arrive the pier. We take
long-tailed boat, operated by
professional boatman who knows
the route very well, to reach
the accommodation. The boatman
profession is reserved to only
the local people who are
affected by the construction of
the dam only. To sit in a
long-tailed boat is another
experience you will enjoy with
the beautiful scenery while
passing by the limestone
mountain that set along the way.
Some of the mountains are the
habitats of the gibbons and
birds. After 1.30 – 2.00 hours
of the fresh and watering trip,
you can feel how the time is
passing so rapid. We lead to the
accommodation made of natural
materials with separated
bathroom. The atmosphere of the
accommodation is so excited and
you are surrounded with
mountains and vast space of
emerald water.
At the raft we provide canoe for
you to adventure the lake and
watch beautiful view at your own
direction.
When dark comes in the evening,
the scent of water and noise of
creatures will make your dinner
more enjoyable.
After dinner we take you to
another boat adventure by
watching the living of gibbons,
monkeys, snakes and other
creatures. Taking the boat
adventure during rainy season
will let you see more other
wildlife such as wild hog,
bison, schomburgk’s deer, etc.
as they will live in deep forest
during dry season. When
completing adventure, you will
enjoy your sleep on the raft
accommodation. When you wake up
the morning, you will be covered
with fog and fancy with the
singing of creatures. You may
swim or canoe among the fog that
are slowly moving to you while
enjoying and being astonished
with the eminent mountains
alongside and that are hidden
behind the river of fog. Let’s
say that it’s a very really
romantic time.
Day 02
After breakfast we take another
adventure with bamboo raft after
another experience of
long-tailed boat on previous
day. Our destination is the
caves “Tham Nam Talu” and “Ha
Roi Rai”. Inside the caves you
will be excited with stalagmite,
stalactite, darkness and the
noise of bats. At the exit of
the caves, there is a track to
watch the beautiful scenery of
Ratchaprapa Dam (Cheow Lan Dam).
After the adventure we take you
to the accommodation for lunch
and prepare for the leaving with
pleasant memory.
If you have some spare time,
please take a visit to the dam.
There are many unseen things in
Thailand. Return to Phuket with
a pleasant trip!!!
